Dancing

Hey Y'all!!
Long time no talk. :) are you ready for yet another awkward story? good! cuz this is the best by far.
So Margo and I are starting to learn how to country swing dance. we are sooo cool huh? haha news flash! Margo is awesome at it, and me? well  i have two left feet. no surprise there right? so we went country swing dancing with Jacques and Rover. It was soo much fun! we were having a blast dancing with Jacques and Rover, we also got asked by a couple of extremely good looking guys. we came up with a rule, when one of us were standing by the boys, ex. Margo, Me, Rover, Jacques. Margo would get asked again and vice versa. Its a really funny rule. We decided to test this rule. Rover went stood somewhere else, Margo and Jacques started dancing and left me on the wall with a super attractive man like 20 feet away. So just to mess with them.. i decided to sexually slide across the wall towards this attractive man. Little did i know he was actually not that far away. I gave him a look and realized how close i was to him, yelped and ran away. Yep i yelped.. like a scared puppy. Later in the night, i realized he was not single. His girlfriend had seen me make my "moves" on him and ran to him and has not left his side, let alone stopped touching him. (BTW, my moves were not actually moves. i was just being extremely awkward and trying to by sexy/adorable/cute all at the same time, which surprisingly doesn't work. who knew?) the rest of the night, that couple would run away from me, every time we saw them Jacques, Rover and Margo would just burst out laughing and try to mimic me.
Yep. I'm smooth. This is the single reason why im single.

So I'm kinda sorta dating a dairy farmer.

The other day I said to him "I really want to taste your milk."

Yup.

The fact that he didn't run screaming from my house is a good sign right?

The Dating Scene

Hey there friends, readers, and fellow internet junkies! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. We started this blog so we can have a place to share all of our awkward stories... and it worked out so great until I ran out of stories to tell! More likely I just suppressed the memories and forgot all of them. But don't worry! I'm back and I've brought the uncomfortable moments with me!
This one happened just the other day... on a date! Shocker I know but I actually managed to catch a boys interest and catch it long enough for him to take me to dinner! I honestly don't know how that happened so don't ask.
Anywho on this date I had my hands under the table and was nervously spinning the ring on my middle finger. I then start to talk to my date with out putting my ring securely back in place. I bet you can see where this is going. Because I'm a 'hand-talker' I waved my hands around (still underneath the table... I know, I know) and my ring comes loose and falls off deep into the abyss. And by 'the abyss' I mean just underneath the table of our corner booth. Did I do anything about it? No. I carried on as if nothing had happened and just left my ring there, alone rusting in the corner. What was I supposed to do? Duck down and get on my hands and knees to find it? I don't think so! Make my date get down and retrieve it? Heck to the no! So I just left it there because I literally could not think of a non-awkward solution. I'm praying to the man upstairs that some waitress found it and the restaurant is keeping it in a lost and found. If not... well my ring collection just went from 87 to a sad and lonely 86.
On the upside the boy and I are still on speaking terms so I've got that going me!
Until next time friends!

Anti-socialness

Hey Ya'll!!
Story time!!
So this one time i went to Village inn with my buddies because that is like our favorite place to eat. So we went there and had ordered our food, were chatting, talking to our waiter having a great time, when my friend decided to order a shake. The guy name Shyne brought her the shake. I politely said Thanks Shyne! he started walking away then stopped turned around and stared at me for a sec, the conversation proceeded as follows:
S: Hey! how did you... Oh wait! im wearing a name tag sometimes i forget that..but good job you pronounced it right!
Me: haha thanks
S: *walks away*
me: *whimpers*
My friends then look at me with a strange expression, i continue to explain to them that Shyne is my ward and lives directly across the street from me. They laugh at me as i shake my head in shame.
This proves how anti-social we are.

What's up party people.

(Ugh, I said it again. This is why I am a part of this blog because I use introductory phrases like party people.) Margo here. Sorry I've been gone for a bit. Life happens and apparently so does college and the holidays, but I'm here now. Well back to school kinda sucks right? Well it especially sucks when its early January in northern Utah, which equals Snow Central. Like it has not. Stopped. Snowing So I have these boots and, gosh they are awful. I know it. My friends know it. Heck, everybody knows it. They used to be black but now are a deep green with snow salt marks all over. But I cannot part with them, they are the ONLY boots I trust in the winter, and you'll see in a second rightfully so. Anyways, I got these new adorable combat boots but even from the beginning I was a little skeptical. I did not trust them. So I'm wearing my new, shiny, stylish, combat boots walking home from class yesterday. It's like a blizzard and there are piles of snow everywhere. Unfortunately my trek home from class includes me walking down a dangerously steep hill. In the snow. In these new boots. That I do not trust. All the while I'm walking I'm thinking, "it's really slippery, it's really, really slippery," BAM! I'm on my butt. I fell, and I fell hard. Bruised tailbone and even more severely bruised ego. Needless to say I wore my ugly boots today.

Midnight adventures

Hey Y'all!
Story time :)
We threw a party two nights ago, i invited a bunch of my nerdy guy friends and they made me watch star wars. haha well tried to anyways. :P i slept through most of it. Well afterwards i had to drive them all home. So Bindi and I drove some friends home, i was watching the heat in my engine. we dropped off my last friend  as my car was at the last dash line. i figured we would be fine, of course we were not. we made it about a mile, far enough to make it to the McDonald's. The employees just stared at us and then all 4 of them drove away. I opened my hood to help with the heat. hoping to cool it off faster. It was soo cold outside!! i didn't have heat so the inside of my car was getting frost on it. The windshield was covered. We tried to get the guy i just dropped off to bring us water, he took way too long so we just continued to drive. we drove about 3 miles and it over heated again. so we waited about another half hour for it to cool down. We drove about three more miles and we had finally made it to the dollar theater and wingers parking lot. we decided we better call someone... it would take way tooo long to get home. I called three people. No one wanted to come get us and one of them wasn't awake.. I finally called my awesome coworker. Who happened to be awake and decided that he was awesome enough to bring us some water so we could get home. We waited about 10 mins for him to get to us. (hes new to the area so he didn't know where anything north of our local sandwich shop is.) He finally showed up, we poured the water into the radiator and watched it all fall right back out of it. so we came to the conclusion that he was going to drive us home. Note: this is the awkward part of the story, you see my coworker has a two man truck. So far in this story theres Bindi, him and I. TWIST! he also has his little brother who is visiting him, we now have to fit four people into his two door ford truck. so Bindi gets in first practically sitting on the kids lap so i can slide in and last my coworker. Why we got into the drivers side door? i have no idea but it just made it more weird. I am practically sitting on my coworker as we are driving down main street praying we don't see cops. we were enjoying conversation while trying to defrost. we were freezing! we blocked all the heat apperently, but hey! we were cold. They finally dropped us off, we peeled us off of them and ran into the house to defrost the rest of us. Moral of the story: Always make sure your car is fully functioning before driving people home. If it is malfunctioning.. don't keep driving.

Hiccup

So I've got really loud hiccups... like really loud. It's embarrassing. One day at work I was walking around and suddenly I got the hiccups. I walked up behind a customer and hiccuped so loud I scared her and made her jump. Classy, cool and not awkward at all.
